Project consists of the partial demolition of the existing raw water intake structure, the replacement of the barrier culverts through Telegraph Creek Road with a 20-foot span bottomless arch, and channel restoration through the project reach. Demolition of the raw water intake structure includes removing portions of the dam, the infiltration plumbing upstream of the dam, and the stored sediment behind the dam. In addition, the existing wet well will be modified for continued use. The construction reach is limited to approximately 340 feet, bound by the upper and lower fish exclusion fences, and includes the dam, the dam reservoir, and the Telegraph Creek Road stream crossing.
