Document Description
The applicants have requested a Use Permit for the construction and operation of a wireless communications facility consisting of a 73-foot-tall monopine structure (containing antennas), along with communications and equipment structure enclosed by an 8-foot-high chain link fence. The proposed improvements would be located within an 80-foot by 90-foot leased area at the western portion of the property. Access to the proposed telecommunications facility will be through Dovie Lane and Green Gate Road, private roadways which connect with Gas Point Road located approximately 0.4 miles north of the project site.
