Document Description
A Conditional Use Permit (CUP) and Planned Development (PD) permit to construct and operate an indoor RV and boat storage facility. The facility would consist of five buildings between 800 sf - 23,000 sf. The total sf of the proposed buildings would not exceed 48,000 sf. The proposed project will have public water provided by Calaveras County Water District. The site will not have public sewer or an on-site septic system, as the site is unmanned and does not require the need for restroom facilities. The landscaped and undisturbed areas on the site will also be utilized to implement a Yellow-lip Pansy Monkeyflower relocation program.
