The project site is located on the SW corner of Shaw Avenue and Chateau Fresno Avenue, approximately 3,100 feet southwest of the nearest city limits of the City of Fresno (4837 N. Chateau Fresno Avenue) (Sup. Dist.: 1) (APN: 512-021-07S).
