Document Description
SAA # 1600-2012-0220-R5. The Permittee proposes to grade a dry dirt weather crossing across San Antonio Creek, to provide access to Camp Willett on Sulphur Mountain, on the east side of the creek. This crossing is within an existing BSA road easement. Nothing will be constructed within the streambed. A dirt ramp will be constructed between Creek Road and the streambed, consisting of 200-cubic yards of clean dirt, and 4,000 pound concrete blocks, tie into the structure with geo-grid material, will be used as retaining wall along one side of the ramp.
