KBSI has requested the following changes in the Contingency Plan to enhance the response time and address the relocation of existing hazardous waste management units permitted by the currently effective permit:
1) Relocation of seven existing fire extinguishers.
2) Installation of nine fire wxtinguishers, five shower/eye washer stations and four first aid stations.
3) Revision to the emergency equipment table and maps in the Contingency Plan to reflect these new changes.
