The Union of Reformed Judaism (URJ) is proposing a riparian restoration project at 4088 Porter Creek Road, Santa Rosa, Sonoma County, Califonria, within their property known as Camp Newman. Work includes removing an existing pond and recreating the historic riparian corridor. The proposed restoration if mitigation for the inadvertent release of sediment-laden waters from the pond into the downstream channel and mainstem Porter Creek in 2010. SAA #1600-2012-0128-3.
