Purusant to regulatory authority granted under California Code of Regulations, sections 66270.42, the California Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC) has approved a Class 1* Permit Modification dated March 5, 2013, on the Post Closure Permit (PCP) for the Stormwater Holding Basin 2 (SHB 2) located at the Phillips 66 Company (formerly ConocoPhillips Company), Los Angeles Refinery, Wilmington Plant. The Post Closure Permit was originally issued effective on July 24, 2008. The proposed permit modification approval will address changes to the Ownership from ConocoPhillips Company to Phillips 66 company.
