Document Description
The proposed Glendale Link project ("project") is located on a 1.05 acre parcel on the northwest corner of the intersection of San Fernando Road and Central Avenue at 3901-3915 San Fernando Road. The proposed project includes 142 multi-family residential units; approximately 11,600 sf of commercial floor area, 5,000 sf of commercial studio space, 1,500 sf of lobby/leasing area, supporting parking facilities, and recreation and open space amenities. A total of 244 parking spaces would be provided on the ground floor and within a two-level subterranean parking garage.
