Document Description
The Lake Elementary School District proposes to modernize the existing Lake Elementary School campus by adding five new relocatable classroom buildings constructing a 7,600 sf multipurpose building with a kitchen, restroom, and storage space, and reconfiguration six existing relocatable classroom buildings to new locations on site. The Lake Elementary School District also proposes to drill a new potable water-well to replace the existing and underperforming well. Install a new on-site septic system to replace the existing system and achieve County standards, install new hardscape and recreation features, construct a new student loading and staff parking area, and install a new fire pressure booster station. Lastly, the movement of the existing maintenance barn at the eastern edge of the campus to the southern edge of the campus is also proposed.
