To amend the Tehama County General Plan on three parcels changing the Land Use Designation from Government to Upland Agriculture (UA) and to Rezone same properties from unclassified government lands to AG-1; Agriculture / Upland District. The General Plan Amendment and Rezone would affect approximately 198.84 acres of privately held grazing lands. The proposed site is located approximately four and a half miles east of Red Bluff on the north and south sides of Hogsback Road in Section 8, T27N, R2W. APNs: 049-040-12, 15 and 20.
