Document Description
Resolution No. R3-2006-0025, adopted on March 24, 2006 by the Central Coast Regional Water Quality Control Board (Central Coast Water Board), modified the regulatory provisions of the Water Quality Control Plan for the Central Coastal Basin (Basin Plan) by establishing a Total Maximum Daily Load for Pathogens in Watsonville Slough, adopting a prohibition on livestock waste discharge in the Watsonville Slough Watershed, and removing the shellfish beneficial use from Watsonville Sloughs. The State Water Resources Control Board adopted this regulation on September 21, 2006 through resolution No. 2006-2007.
