The California Department of Fish and Game is executing Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2012-0157-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code the project applicant, HBT of Saddle Ridge, LLC as represented by Jeff Pemstein. The project is limited to: 1) Cleaning and preparing seven existing 36" CMP structures for installation of concrete in approximately 70' x 50' area within Ragsdale Creek. Preparation shall include installing native rock riprap on culvert inlets and outlets; Concrete shall be pumped from outside the riparian corridor. Road fill and asphalt shall be added on top of the concrete; 2) Installation of approximately 750 square feet (56 cubic yards) of riprap downstream of the bridge/culvert crossing, 3) Installation of approximately 1,275 square feet of turf mats adjacent to the riprap, downstream of the bridge/culverts; 4) Installation of drainage pipes connecting tow onsite detention basins to the creek; 5) Installation of a collar on the drainage outfall upstream of the bridge/culvert crossing. A backhoe concrete pump shall be used to conduct the work.
