Document Description
Replace the failing roof and siding on the historic Marshall's Cabin at Marshall Gold Discovery State Historic Park to protect the historic resource. Work will remove the existing roof, inspect the skipsheathing boards and rafters for damage and/or dry rot, replace any damaged materials with in kind materials and repalce the existing non-historic roof with a more historically accurate cedar wood shingle roof. Siding in need of replacement will be replaced with in-kind materials.
