Document Description
The project is limited to consttruction of a new seep well on the bank of the Trinity River and the diversion of water, pursuant to a legal water right on APN #025-310-09. On APN #025-310-08, the existing seep well needs repaired, with full replacement and clean gravel, if fournd beyond repair. Additionally, an 8-foot square pump shed will be constructed on this parcel as far from the high water mark as possible.
