The project is limited to the diversion of water from Salt Creek, pursuant to a legal riparian water right from the State Water Resources Control Board, Division of Water Rights and any necessary routine maintenance to the intake or pump placed in the water. All work shall be in accordance with submitted plans and diagrams and any subsequent revisions approved by the DFG in writing.
