The California Department of Fish and Game (DFG) are executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement 1600-2012-0127-3 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Daniel Falk. The project is located at an unnamed tributary to South Fork Gualala River, in the County of Sonoma, State of California; Section 34, Township 9N, Range 13W, U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) map Plantation, Mount Diablo base and meridian. The project is limited to the installation of a 60 foot0long by 60-inch diameter culvert at Map Point 5 as described in the Timber Harvest Plan 1-12-013 SON.
