Document Description
Install a removable American's with Disabilities (ADA) ramp at the back door of the Ehrman Mansion at Sugar Point State Park for access. Work will construct a non-skid surface platform out of pressure treated wood and five planks from standard decking overthe rock entry way and install a pre-fabricated landing area, a 28' ramp off the landing and a set of steps over thr rock steps and paved area. The ramp will be coated with a brown color to match the building as best as possible.
