Document Description
The proposed amendments to Rule-431.1 include a more defined landscape of applicability, adjusting the LFG sulfur limits, provide for alternate monitoring methods from the installation of Continuous Fuel Gas Monitoring System (CFGMS) or Continuous Emission Monitoring System (CEMS), deleting obsolete rule language, deleting the OFCP, containing added definitions for regulatory bodies, and standardizing rule format. Changes beyond the sulfur limit and CFGMS and CEMS monitoring provisions are for general rule cleanup and consistency with AVAQMD rule development practices. All definitional additions are for clarification purposes as well as for ease of use and to conform to AVAQMD standard formatting provisions.
