Document Description
To deliver up to 10,000 acre-feet of PWD's approved 2011 SWP water supplies to AVEK in Reach 19 of the California Aqueduct. In exchange, AVEK will return a portion of its future approved SWP water supplies equal to fifty percent of the total amount delivered to AVEK, up to 5,000 acre-feet, to PWD in Reach 20B of the California Aqueduct. The return of water to PWD shall be completed by December 31, 2021.
