Document Description
The proposed project involves creation of 0.24-acre wetland mitigation. The Project will result in permanent and temporary impacts to 1.85 acres of California tiger salamander and San Joaquin kit fox habitat. Project-related impacts are expected to result in the take of California tiger salamander and San Joaquin kit fox, a species protected by the California Endangered Species Act (CESA). DFG is issuing the CESA ITP referenced above as a responsible agency under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA).
