The proposed project will institute a five-year Annual Maintenance Plan to remove sediment from two culvert locations along SR 246 in Santa Barbara County. This maintenance activity entails removing sediment from two culverts located on unnamed stream channels at post mile 13.6 and 19.36. It is anticipated that this work will take 14 days at each location. In addition, to the work described above, continued sediment removal by Caltrans maintenance crews is anticipated over the next five years.
