The proposed drilling program would consist of up to 200 borings within Section 20 and 30 on the Torres Martinez Indian reservation and Section 19 and 29 (fee lands subject to a CUP by Imperial County, March 2011), Township 9 South, Range 9 East, SBBM. in conjunction with the drilling program, no new roads would be developed, merely, the cleanup of existing roads.
