Document Description
Western proposes to upgrade the existing 7.1 mile 69 kV transmission line by replacing the wood structures with steel structures, new conductors, and overhead ground wires. The project also includes rerouting ~0.5 miles of the transmission line and improvements to access roads in Arizona. Under the direction of BLM, Western submitted an application (BLM case number AZA35132) for a new ROW authorization under Federal Land Policy and Management Act. Most of this project occurs in Arizona.
