The proposed modifications to the North Basin Groundwater Project within City of Fullerton include, (1) construction and operation of a new extraction well within Woodcrest Park and an appurtenant pipeline extending west from Highland Avenue to the extraction well along Orangethrope Avenue, (2) rerouting of previously approved pipelines planned within Lemon Street and East Valencia Drive to North Highland Avenue, East Truslow Avenue and North Harbor Boulevard. The proposed modifications to the North Basin Groundwater Protection within City of Anaheim include, (1) revisions to the design of the previously approved water treatment plant located east of State College Boulevard and north of Carbon Creek and (2) the development of twelve injection wells and pipeline located within an Orange County Transportation Authority Bus Base on the west side of Stage College Boulevard and south of Carbon Creek instead of a previously approved recharge facility and an appurtenant pipeline under the Placentia Flood Control Basin
