Document Description
Note: Addendum The 2010 IS/ND evaluated impacts related to the extension of public water and sewer to serve the Elk Valley Rancheria's proposed resort/casino on the Martin Ranch property (APN 115-020-28). The proposed project would allow for the extension of water and sewer services to the Tribe's adjacent Ocean Way Motel Property (APN 115-020-20) as well. The Ocean Way Motel property is adjacent to Martin Ranch and would be provided water and sewer services through the Tribe's Martin Ranch property. (The LAFCo NOC for this project is dated 3/15/16).
