Document Description
Issue a Right of Entry (ROE) to the U.S. Army Corp Engineers (USACE) for temporary access at Point Cabrillo State Park for conducting soil tests to determine potential site contamination from previous use as a radar station. The ROE would remain in effect from January 1, 2010 through July 1, 2010. All work conducted on State property in association with the ROE will comply with all State and Federal environmental laws, including but not limited to the Endangered Species Act, California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), and Section 5024 of the Public Resources Code. DPR will advise the USACE if any new historical resources (including archaeological sites), special status species, Threatened/Endangered Species, or other resource issues are identified within the area. The ROE will provide legal access and use of this State property to the USACE.
