To install a 24-inch by 23.3 inch reinforced concrete ductbank, that will house low voltage electrical and fiber wire, up-and-over the right (west) bank levee of the Feather River and to install associated conduit, manholes, and pullboxes on the right (west) bank overflow area of the feather River that will carry electrical and fiber control wires from the right (west) bank west supply low lift pump station to the Yuba City Water Treatment Plan located at 701 Northgate Drive.
