Document Description
The proposed Project is located within the Kern County approved Western Rosedale Specific Plan (WRSP) area. The proposed Project is adjacent to the western boundary of the City of Bakersfield, south of Stockdale Highway, north of the Cross Valley Canal, west of the city limits at Claudia Autumn Drive, and east of the future extension of Nord Avenue. The proposed Project consists of approximately 564.88 acres of primarily vacant land. The proposed Project includes the annexation of the Project site into the City of Bakersfield, amendments to the Metropolitan Bakersfield General Plan (MBGP) Land Use Element and Circulation acres, and approximately 941,700 square feet of general commercial / business park uses (a 665,200 square foot business park on approximately 43.63 acres, and 276,500 square feet of general commercial uses on approximately 25.39 acres).
