Document Description
The project is limited to the construction of a 110-foot-long by five-foot-tall concrete retaining wall, and a new 0.459-acre detention basin with an associated rock riprap spillway that outfalls into Ohlone Creek. Construction will require tree removal and excavation within the channel. Excavated, regraded, and disturbed areas susceptible to erosion will be stabilized with biodegradable erosion control features, hydroseeding, and native tree and shrub replanting. Permanent impacts caused by the project will be mitigated for through an offsite mitigation bank credit purchase.
