Document Description
The project will replace the existing Walerga Road Bridge, at Dry Creek. The current bridge acoommodates two-lanes of traffic, and provides pedestrian/bicycle access, but is prone to flooding. The proposed bridge replacement and new roadway approaches will accommodate four lanes of traffice, as well as provisions for pedestrian and bicycle access, and reduce flood related closures. The proposed project consists of replacing the existing reinforced concrete slab bridge with a multi-span, cast-in-place post tension slab bridge. The design speed for Walerga Rd will be 45 MPH.
