Document Description
The Rocklin Commons project includes the construction and operation of a regional shopping center on approximately 39.13 acres at the northwest quadrant of I-80 and Sierra College Blvd. The project site is proximate to Granite Drive on the north and west, and adjacent to Sierra College Blvd on the east, and I-80 on the south. A variety of retail uses are proposed for center, including major tenants, grocery stores, smaller retail tenants, and restaurants. Preliminary plans call for ~17 buildings totaling a maximum of 415,000 sf with ~1,828 parking stalls. Signage is proposed in multiple locations adjacent to I-80, Granite Drive and Sierra College Blvd.
