The proposed project would focus on Flooding Problem Area 1, defined in the Redevelopment Area Drainage Improvements Master Plan as Sibley Street, Natoma Street, and East Bidwell area. The improvements would include upsizing of existing drainage pipes with the addition of pipelines and drainage swales, while maintaining the historical feel of the project area.
