Document Description
Caltrans proposes to improve safety by widening the eastbound shoulder to eight feet. The current width of the EB shoulder varies from zero to four feet. The F+1 accident rate at this location is double the statewide average. THe large pullout just east of the private residence driveway will be used as an equipment staging area and material disposal site. No permits will be needed.
