Document Description
Following demolition of existing structures, the Project applicant would redevelop the Project site with construction of 380 residential condominium units and 9,110 square feet of street-level retail space, in addition to 399 off-street parking spaces. The building is designed as two tall towers situated on a four-story podium. Tower 1 would reach a total height of 27 stories and Tower would reach a total of 20 stories.
