The project consists of a series of actions for the repair, maintenance, and rehabilitation of Atascadero's City Hall a National Register Historic Building. The project will occur in three phases. Funding for the project is derived from separate sources including FEMA, a California State CCHE grant and local redevelopment funds. The project will include the following specific items as delineated by a team of architectural and engineering consultants retained by the City of Atascadero. The items fall within seven major categories of work, as follows:
