The City of Camarillo is consisting a strategic plan developed for the potential revitalization of approximately 55 acres bounded by Ponderosa Drive to the north, Daily Drive to the south, Arneill Road to the east and Mobil Avenue to the west. The area includes two of the city's oldest shopping centers as well as an older residential area. The strategic plan proposes a vision for the declining area and includes standards for architecture, land use, circulation, infrastructure and an implementation strategy.
