Document Description
The Department is issuing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement for the project proponent who proposes the construction of a mortar-lined and tape-coated 54-inch diameter pipeline that will be placed along ~6.8 miles of the Coachella Valley Stormwater Channel. The pipeline would be constructed within the reach of the CVSC. This reach has little surface flow except after infrequent major storms. Temporary impacts to the CVSC is 1.07 acres, with no permanent impacts.
