Document Description
The CHC Master Plan Update (March 2013) describes the future development of the CHC in two horizons, keeping with the planning strategies and framework of the 2005 Master Plan. Horizon 1 includes the Measure 'M' priority projects as identified by the Master Plan Steering Committee. Horizon 2 is the potential full build-out of the campus in the future. The SEIR only analyzes Horizon 1, because not enough detail is known about future projects. Separate CEQA documentation will be prepared for Horizon 2 as projects become defined and funding sources become available.
