Document Description
The proposed project requires approval of the following entitlements: adoption of an Initial Study/Negative Declaration; approval of a Large Lot Tentative Subdivision Map to subdivide the site into 2 large lots; approval of a Small Lot Tentative Subdivision Map to subdivide the site into 552 single-family lots and other lots for commercial and public uses; and the adoption of the Development Agreement.
