Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW} has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2018-0191-R5, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Chiquita Canyon Landfill, LLC. The project is limited to the alteration of two unnamed drainages and existing stormwater Infrastructure for the construction of Cell 6 at the Chiquita Canyon Landfill, The Cell 6 project Includes development of an approximately 27-acre area north of the existing landfill entrance. The project area comprises areas previously developed and disturbed for landfill operations as well as native scrub habitats, natural watercourses, and constructed watercourses and basins.
