Document Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Central Valley Flood Protection Board (CVFPB), and Sacramento Area Flood Control Agency (SAFCA) propose to construct levee improvements along the Sacramento River East Levee between O Street and
Cosumnes River Boulevard to meet embankment and foundation stability requirements. Most of the levee improvements included in the Project were analyzed in the American River Common Features General Reevaluation Report (ARCF GRR)
Environmental Impact Statement/Environmental Impact Report (EIS/EIR). This Supplemental Environmental Assessment/EIR (EA/EIR) addresses project modifications and refinements since publication of the ARCF GRR EIS/EIR.
