Document Description
A Planned Development and Coastal Development Permit to create 12 lots from the existing 1.7 acres parcel. The lots will range in size from 9,200 square feet to 1,500 square feet in size. There is an existing home on the property is approximately 1,200 square feet which will remain. The existing mobile home will be removed. The other lots will be developed with single family residences with building footprints of 1,750 square feet to 750 square feet. The new homes will be either one or two stories (less than 35' in height) with one or two bedrooms.
