Document Description
The approximately 516-acre project is a proposed mixed-use development within the City of Lincoln. Construction of the project includes cut and fill associated with grading activities, construction of five (5) vehicle and pedestrian bridges, and the construction of several water quality features to treat stormwater from the development and discharge into open space corridors. The project will result in permanent impacts to 8.66 acres of aquatic habitat including 0.08 acre of vernal pool, 4.03 acres of seasonal wetlands, 1.34 acres of drainage swale wetlands, 1.13 acres of Ingram Slough, and 2.08 acres of wetlands associated with an abandoned farm pond and ditches.
