Document Description
Remove invasive, non-native ice plant from dune areas where it impacts habitat of the federal endangered Howell's spinflower (Chorizenthe howelli) at MacKerricher State Park using hand labor and tools. Removal will be conducted in a scientific manner with three-year monitoring to determine the relationship between ice plant removal and the recolonization of spineflower into restored sites. All ice plant within twenty-six study plots of 50 square meters each will be removed.
