The County of Orange proposes to widen Irvine Avenue from south of Mesa Drive to S.E. Bristol Street, restripe Mesa Drive east and west of Irvine Avenue and implement related improvements (e.g., sidewalks, retaining walls, etc.), and construction of a sidewalk along S.E. Bristol Street. Implementation of the proposed project will require the acquisition of additional right-of-way along both the northern and southern limits of Irvine Avenue.
