Document Description
Changes to a previously studied project. The changes are modifications in the design of the Melrose Triangle Project. Changes include removal of gallery/showroom space, increase of 4 residential units, increased office space, replacement of a central motor court with a courtyard accessible from a new pedestrian paseo, and minor changes in sizes of other proposed uses. On August 21, 2014, the City certified the Melrose Triangle Project EIR and filed an NOD for that decision. On February 17, 2022, the City determined the addendum to the certified EIR appropriately addresses the modifications under CEQA and approved the project with the modified design.
