Document Description
This project replaces existing reservoir tank and pumps which are no longer serviceable. The locations of the replacement tank and pumps are within th esame footprint as the existing. This project will restore needed water storage capacity to the University. The University is the beneficiary of this project.

Reasons for Exemption
This project replaces an existing reservoir tank and pumps. The location of the replacement tank is on the footprint of the existing tank. The location of pumps and pipe connections are unchanged. Access to the project site is by existing service road. The construction of the project will not require changes to the existing road or service area or grading. The replacement tank does not expand the current tank capacity and utility system configurations will remain unaltered.
