Document Description
The Boys & Girls Clubs of Conejo and Las Virgense is proposing a new Boys & Girls Club on the campus of Colina Middle School, located at 1500 East Hillcrest Drive in Thousand Oaks. The purpose of the project is to provide a Boys & Girls Club for use before and after the school day. Approval of a joint venture agreement between the District and the Boys & Girls Club is proposed that would provide for the joint use of the new and existing facilities at Colina Middle School. The club facilities would be available for use by Colina Middle School during the school day for academic purposes. The project consists of an approximately 10,100 square foot building proposed for development on the Colina Middle School Campus along Hillcrest Road. The project will be located at one of two proposed site locations on the campus. Site A is located adjacent to the gymnasium in the central portion of the campus. Site B is located immediately adjacent to Hillcrest Road along the northern perimeter of the campus.
