The Tribe is proposing to construct an expansion to the existing Class III Gaming Facility at the Palace Indian Gaming Center. Improvements include a three-story 177,000 sq. ft. addition to the existing casino to replace the bingo hall which will be removed, and a seven-story 250-room, 245,000 sq. ft. hotel. Existing gravel parking lots will be paved.
